Morgans Over Norway On Hold

Due to the high prices of everything in Norway, Morgans Over Norway has been put on indefinite HOLD. Sorry, as we really wanted to do this trip.

Classic Traveling doing Norway Trip June 2012

Today I received the schedule for Classic Travelling's Norway June 2012 tour. I am following up with Sara to see if maybe this might be the answer to the MOA trip I haven't been able to plan.    http://www.classictravelling.com/norway2012/. If the timing is right, it just might work, and I will gather up other MOAer's and let someone else do the major planning.

Delay on Morgans Over Norway

Due to the Dutch Morgan Club 2012 celebrations, and the Classic LeMans, as well as our son's wedding, we are postponing Morgans Over Norway in 2012. Perhaps 2013 if the economy gets better. Sorry....

WHAT YEAR FOR MORGANS OVER NORWAY- 2012 or 2013?

There are so many Morgan Activities happening in 2012, so do we make it 2012 or 2013? With MOG 2012 (dates not announced), the 50th anniversary of the Morgan 2 liter class win at LeMans  with the Dutch Club celebrations the first 1 weekend in July 2012 and then traveling down to Classic LeMan's for the 2nd weekend in July, and then the Olympics.  I anticipate the trip will be close to three weeks, which pretty much leaves the trip to be in June. We will be discussing this on our AGM trip coming up soon.

It's never to soon to start planning the next Morgans Over Adventure. I would love to hear from those of you who are interested in joining us.

There are some criteria that I would like to use when planning this trip based in previous experience.
What do you think? Might you be interested?

10 Morgans maximum
Summer 2012- just before Le Mans Classics
2 nights or more everywhere possible.
Drivers meeting at 0830 and we depart in a convoy, and end the day in the pub pre dinner together to share stories. Keep in groups of 2-4 cars minimum- no one on their own unless prearranged.
No day trippers- everyone must do the entire trip.
